44 Trillion to get Biafra, " Matters Arising".

44 Trillions to get Biafra, " Matters Arising".

First let me use this opportunity to thank mr/Alhaji Yerima Shettima and the other Northern youth leaders for their brilliant divorce idea and heartwarming cheap offer made to the igbos to get Biafra than by following their four-fathers footsteps which gives the Biafra people a soft landing of 3 months quit notice. Thank you once again for informing them that they are going to lose or forfeit their properties as soon as they left the Northern Region to their promise land of Biafra which they have always wanted.

Though the indigenous people of Biafra IPOB under the leadership of His Royal Majesty NNAMDI KANU which is the highest authority in Biafra land have accepted the offer with a good faith, while the Abuja errand men both governors, senators and representatives are all shouting because of their properties which they must forfeit. Then I began to research what it will cost Biafra to get their independence in case their is a tendency that peaceful means is not achievable.

If you will agree with me that "The one thing most experts seem to agree on about the current coalition air campaign in Libya is that it won't cost much. A leading think tank estimated the price-tag for patrolling Libyan air space at $30-100 million per week, while the Navy's top budget official described Libyan air operations as falling within the "normal operating cycle" of his department.

Rear Admiral Joseph Mulloy told trade publication Inside the Navy on March 21, "The incremental cost of use of the Navy and Marine Corps is low, because we're already funded and we are trained and worked up." He went on, "We don't have to pay extra to be there." As a result of such fiscal reassurances, Congress has focused mainly on the goals of the operation and what precedents military action might create, rather than the cost" .

So what looks like an inexpensive military operation in Libya is actually costing taxpayers about $2 billion per day, because that's what the Pentagon and other security agencies of the federal government spend to maintain a posture that allows the military to go anywhere and do anything on short notice". " https://www.forbes.com/sites/beltway/2011/03/28/the-real-cost-of-u-s-in-libya-two-billion-dollars-per-day/#3ee40b697b5f"

So if we should calculate our war to be expenses based on the rough estimates of the USA on the money they spent during the Libyan war, one will understand that it is very expensive to engage in another war which will do us all no good. Based on today's exchange rate at 367 Naira per a dollars, we will be spending two hundred and sixty four point two hundred and sixty four trillion naira ( 264,240,000,000,000 ) every year which we have never included the human life's that will perish. Off which it is more than the small amount of goods and properties that worth 44 trillion Naira that the North wants us to forfeit in order to get our Biafra without a blood Shield .

In my opinion, which I believe many people will agree with me is that, no body can be sure how the war will be fought and how it will ended or how long it will take to defeat each other because we are in the 21st century. Maybe the Igbos might think they will crush the North so easily maybe in a matter of months but at the end it turns out to be an imagination or maybe the North will think they can crush the Biafra youths the way they defeated their four fathers, and at the end it turns out to be a mission impossible.

So I think the best way is to walk away from the union in peace as the Northerners have offered us a peaceful separation from them than to try to cause more trouble trying to be the hard people, because the two parties will lose. Those our dream properties that we are trying to protect will also perish . And it will become a double lose, so I think the best way is to take the offer and walk away from the marriage and count the properties as part of our sacrifice to freedom because the divorce is very cheap.

We should ask the Jews what they lost before getting independent. They lost their properties in Egypt and also lost 6 million people in the concentration camp together with their properties, so our life's are more important than the properties that we are trying to protect. Had it been that Ojukwu was offered this kind of brilliant offer by the Nigeria government during the 1967-970 civil war, Ojukwu would have gladly accepted it than losing 3.5million people with properties.

We all should thank God for making the Northerners see some reasons to give us quit notice without taking/attacking us by surprise. At least they have realized that there is no need of using violence to send us packing from the North. As people say that nothing worth for dying for. It is only the living that can recover their lost, but the dead can never recover whatever they have lost in the past.

In conclusion, I will say it is better to be late than to be late, jaw jaw is better than war, war. There is no need for all these nose because the North has just given us what we have been asking for since 1967 in a platter of God. Igbos in the North, don't be deceived by the Governors rants or protection by listening to your selfish political elites, they are only crying to protect their looted properties scattered in all over the Northern part. Yoruba have asked their people to relocate because they values their life more than their properties. While Ohanaeze, Governors and others are telling you to stay that it is an empty threats. It's only a fool that does not know that his sister is a stranger in the family, because she belongs to another man.

Analysis of Kaduna Declaration, and the Northern Elders’ Forum Backing, "Matters Arising"

First let me congratulate the 16 Northern youths groups that gathered at the Arewa house to make that declaration, it means that the youths are not happy with the idea of one Nigeria and want to govern themselves. Secondly the Northern Elders forum backing which means that the youths had a meeting with them before making the declaration, if not,by now. The police would have arrested those who gave the quit notice order to the igbos. Thirdly the governors shouting is just for a formality sake because if the Elders even their Emirs did not back the youths, the youths wouldn't have made that declaration.
So let's take a look and make a critical analysis of the declaration and the NFF backing.

1: The Northern fear of restructuring:
One will understand that there is a call for restructuring by many Nigeria and what is the meaning of this restructuring? It means that the center will be weak, regions will manage their resources God deposited in their regions and pay Tax to the Federal government off which the percentage will be discoursed and agreed open. It means that the state will have their own police force which means that when Fulani Hesmen destroy or kill people in your region, the police will arrest them without seeking an order from the inspector of Police in Abuja or from the presidency. It means that the road in your region can be fixed without waiting for the federal government and many of benefits.

Now when you restructure Nigeria, it means you have weaken the Northern oligarchy, it means you have weaken the Fulani Hesmen, it means you have weaken the Northern police and Army road block exploitation of the Southern Region. It means that you have stripped away the oil and gas that feeds them. And to the Northerners, these are the reasons they believe in one Nigeria. So the Northern Elders Forum have analyzed all these factors and found out that they will/have loosed, so that is why they made their decision to support and back the Kaduna Declaration.

2: Presidency moving away from North to South/West/East probably the Igbos.
If you will agree with me that the presidency is moving away from the North to the Southern region because of the illness of President Mohamed Buhari. As we speak now, there is a call for an Igbo president by many well meaning Nigeria because of the fact that an Igbo man has not ruled Nigeria since the independence. To them, it means there is the possibility of an Igbo president probing the 20 pounds policy, the abandoned properties of which they were the one who super-headed the confiscation of all the Igbo properties. To them it means they might have problems with an Igbo president that is why they supported the Kaduna declaration. Let me make it clear to any one who care to listen or believe. Had it been that president Buhari was not sick and was healthy to contest the second time and mistakenly won the election, by 2023. The North will break away from Nigeria because the North will never trust an Igbo man to be a Nigeria president.

3: Inheritance of Igbo Properties:
The North have calculated the possible means to take over all the Igbo properties of their choice off which it will happen sooner or later. People are asking how is it possible? Let me break it down to you, it might not be forcefully taken away from you, but it will be taken away from you by them enacting a infinity Claus in their region, making tax on non indigenes people very high. Secondly they can wake up and said that the government want to build some infrastructures and they will make your properties as sitting on an illegal place, which will give the government the power to demolish them like it has been going on in some part of Lagos by Governor Ambode of Lagos, demolishing Igbo properties. Thirdly government can revoke your C of O by giving one sharia reason and there is nothing you can do about it. Don't forget the former Ogun state Governor Daniel property's C of O was revoked by the sitting governor by giving one reason for that action and Daniel could not do anything about it. Imagine this Happened to a Yoruba man in his state, talk of an Igbo man. Even if you take a lawyer, they will frustrate the case until you die.

4: The fear of IPOB sit at home order by HRH Nnamdi KANU
If any one is following the news trends, one will understand that the Biafra agitation is making waves and the world is buying the idea. So they came up with the Kaduna declaration to see if they can put fear on the igbos, you know the Igbo properties in the North was estimate to be 44 billion niara. So they believe that if they put fear on the igbos by making and backing these kaduna declaration, the Igbo will stop the Biafra agitation. Well they might not be wrong but the fact remains that 70% of those agitating for Biafra does not own any single property in the North, and the elder or the Governors have no control over the youths so to the youths, it does not concern them. The 30% of those that own properties in the North and the one with political interest are the one opposing the Biafra republic agitation and last time I checked, they are the minority. Those properties was a stolen money from the Igbo region, so sometimes stolen money are had to recover. So the North can confiscate those properties in their region, after all Abacha loots has been in the west without Nigeria government able to recover them and even if they will, not all will be recovered .

In conclusion, I will say that it is a mission accomplished/impossible So do whatever you wish with those Igbo properties in your region because those who invested heavenly in the North, to us are the greedy Igbo criminals. Had it been that they asked question about what happened to their fathers properties and money in Nigeria bank after the civil war, they wouldn't have invested as much as they did. So we the youths refused to be slave in other to protect Igbo stolen properties stoked in the North. And to Ezeife, Ohanaze and Igbo Governors, all of you have failed. So please my people in the North, don't listen to all this Governors talk because when the killings by the Northern youths will start, the Governors cannot do anything. They will not be there to protect your and your families. The Governors could not protect you from Fulani Hesmen in Eastern regions so is it in the far away North that they will protect you. Don't be a fool by listening to those for nothing political harlot, who are only good in protecting their interest and the interest of their Northern pay master in the North for a crumb.

Kaduna declaration of Igbo's must go “Matter arising”

On Tuesday the 6th of June 2017, the leadership of Arewa youths or the Northern youths under the coalition of Arewa Youths organisation, rose from a meeting and made a declaration called “Kaduna Declaration” giving the igbo's 3 months ultimatum to take whatever that belong to them in the Northern part of Nigeria and move to their Biafra land. Failing to do so, that the youths will take the laws into their hands and make sure they carried out their threats because according to them, they said that they are the real player in the Nigeria nation and they can do as it pleased them because they own Nigeria states. Based on Punch News-paper and the Sun-news paper's headline of Tuesday news was

“The National President of the Arewa Youth Consultative Forum, AYCF, Alhaji Yerima Shettima, had handed down the ultimatum at a well-attended press conference held at the Arewa House, Kaduna, on Tuesday. The ultimatum followed a successful sit-at-home order enforced by the Nnamdi Kanu-led Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB on May 30, 2017, which the five South-East states complied with.”

First let me use this opportunity to congratulate people like Femi Kayoda boldness, the Yorubas under the leadership of Afenifere and the Middle Belt youth council for their love and courage they picked up to distance themselves and also offer protection to the igbo incase of eviction by the Northern Youths because without these two region or people. The threat by the 16 Arewa youths groups would have been achieved, had it been that the Yorubas under Afenifere and The middle-Belt were in total support of these their second evil plans. By now, there would have been an exodus of the igbo's in the Northern part of Nigeria. Though to some igbo's, it is a welcome development. And to some it is not a welcome development because of what they would have lost on the process.

The fact still remains that Northerners both their elders are hiding under the Youths and made these declaration based on their calculated mission to confiscate and inherit igbo properties as they inherited the 1967-1970 abandoned properties of the igbo during the civil war. They thought 1960s is 2017 where the old Yorubas, The middle belt and some part of the Niger Delta that helped them to achieve their evil plans then will support them again, but when they realised that these two groups did not support them, they changed tactics. Couple with the fact that there was a total condemnation by all regions in Nigeria including their main strong allies “ The middle Belt and the Afenifere Yorubas“ that helped them to confiscated the igbo properties during the civil war had distanced themselves and offer a safe heaven and accommodation to the igbo's in case if they were driven out of the North by this October 1 deadline of Kaduna Declaration.

Including “ the Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai; Arewa Consultative Forum, ACF; Ohanaeze Ndigbo; and the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB among others, condemned the statement by 16 Arewa youth groups with Governor El-Rufai calling for their arrests as ACF stated that the groups had no right to issue such a statement”. They decided to shift ground and make their new demand in a peaceful manner by issuing another demand to the federal government that “We urge the Federal Government of Nigeria to as a matter of urgency, initiate the process for a peaceful referendum to allow the Igbo to go. Let them go". “ The coalition had on Tuesday in Kaduna, ordered Igbo resident in the North to relocate within three months, saying that the region was no longer disposed to coexist with the them in Nigeria.

“Definite steps shall be taken by the North to end the partnership by pulling out of the current federal arrangement. “We are hereby placing the Nigerian authorities and the entire nation on notice that as from the 1st October 2017, we shall commence the implementation of visible actions to prove to the whole world that we are no longer part of any federal union that should do with the Igbo,” the coalition declared. The statement had attracted condemnation from government and prominent Nigerians across the country. The Kaduna State government on Wednesday ordered for the arrest, investigation and prosecution of those behind the inciting statement. Chairman of the Northern States Governors Forum (NSGF) and Governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima, had also condemned the group, describing them as faceless. Thursday’s statement signed on behalf of the coalition by Abdulazeez Suleiman, said the coalition never called for violence or war against the Igbo, adding that the group’s statement on Tuesday was distorted. “Some elements have for reasons best known to them, mischievously distorted the intent of our original script by alluding such words as ‘violence, ‘ ‘threat, ‘ ‘war’ and ‘mass action’ to it.

“We find this mischievous because as cultured thorough bred northerners, we have never anywhere and at anytime, under whatever circumstances, called anybody to violence as a means of conflict resolution” the statement said. The group also lashed at the Kaduna State governor, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai and the Chairman of the Northern States Governors Forum (NSGF) and governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima for allegedly taking side with the Igbo for selfish political ambition. The statement reads: “In strict observance of that tradition we never employ violence as a means of pursuing our interest and at every opportunity, we opt for peaceful engagements and implore people to eschew violence in all its ramifications.“This informs why, a majority of discerning Nigerians, not necessarily northerners alone, understood and identified with our express call for the Biafrans to be allowed to actualize their long-held secessionist aspiration”.

“We restate that we have never called anybody to violence and that people should discountenance the elements of fear and threat introduced by the distortions of merchants of mischief. “We wholeheartedly endorse the moves made variously by our leaders to allay those fears and urge people to be peaceful and law-abiding while at the same time resolutely insisting on having the right thing done by allowing the Igbo to have and move to their dream country in accordance with the universal fundamental right to self-determination. “We restate our determination and commitment to ensuring that the North will never partake in any contrived arrangement that would still have the Biafran Igbo as a component.

“We reiterate our call on Nigerian authorities and recognised international bodies such as the ECOWAS, AU and UN to hasten the initiation of the process for the final actualisation of the Biafran nation and with it the excision of the Igbo out of the present federation”.
My advice to the igbo leaving in the North is please as a matter of urgency, start planning how to relocate to the igbo land because the North have made their mind open and if anybody is telling you that all is well, brothers and sister all is not well because the muslim north hates you as christian. Sooner or later, they will still carry their plans.

In conclusion, I will say that it is better to separate in a peaceful way so that we could still remain good neighbours than to separate through war and be enemies.

Formation of Biafra Government and Options left for Niger-Deltans

The leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu, has released Biafran detailed system of government, nations and tribes.

In the system of government below, IPOB reminds every nation mentioned below that the state of Biafra shall be a loose confederacy made up of a 'union of voluntary nations with the same irreducible value-system, culture and historical ties. To join the union of Biafra, each proposed constituent nation or sub-nation listed below must vote in a referendum, where they will unambiguously assert their will to be part of the union of the State of Biafra.''

''There shall be no, inducement, coercion, force, pressure or arm-twisting. The rebirth of the State of Biafra shall be a coalition of wiling nations under the protection of the Most High Supreme Creator of the Universe Almighty God Chukwu Okike Abiama, in whose grace and protection we place our trust.

BIAFRA AUTONOMOUS NATIONS
The idea of national autonomy is based on the principle of equality of all constituent Biafra nations.
They shall constitute the primary area of Legislation, Governance, Management and Control of Natural Resources and issues relating to Self Determination.

1. ANIOMA-IGBO
2. ANNANG
3. EFIK
4. IBIBIO
5. IDOMA/IGEDE
6. IGALA
7. ALA-IGBO
8. IKWERE-IGBO
9. ITSEKIRI
10. ISOKO
11. IZON
12. OGON
13. UHROBO

The Purpose of Biafra Autonomous Nations are:

– to reaffirm our faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small, and
– to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,
– To maintain national peace and security, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the peace, and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and national law, adjustment or settlement of national disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace;
– To develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples, and to take other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace;
– To achieve national co-operation in solving national problems of an economic, social, cultural, or humanitarian character, and in promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion.
Separation of Powers helps to make sure people are safe. The executive branch carries out the laws but cannot make laws to make themselves powerful. Also the judiciary is responsible for making sure that criminals are punished so that members of the government or legislature cannot ignore the law as the judiciary can check on them.
The Executive carries out the day-to-day government and administration of Biafraland. It proposes laws to the parliament and executes the laws passed by the parliament. The Executive is formed from the majority party or parties in Biafra Parliament. Members of the Executive (Directorate of State) are all members of either the Biafra Parliament or National Legislature. The operation of the Executive and the Parliament are inextricably intertwined.

(a) The minimum age limit for the office of the President shall be 30years and the maximum age limit shall be 75years. Minimum qualification shall be the old Standard Six or bachelors degree in any discipline.
(b) The President of Biafra is the de jure head of Biafraland. The position is largely an apolitical and ceremonial role.
(c) The President’s ceremonial roles include signing every law (except those pertaining to the President’s powers) and international or bilateral treaty, ceremonially appointing the Prime Minister, confirming and endorsing the credentials of ambassadors, and receiving the credentials of foreign diplomats.
(d) The President is the only government official with the power to pardon or commute prison sentence.
(e) The President appoints the Chairman of the Treasury Board of Biafra upon recommendation from the Prime Minister.
(f) The President also ceremonially appoints judges to their posts after their selection, he/she is nevertheless crucial to the operation of Biafra’s executive government.
(g) The President chairs the special session of the Directorate of State, gives assent to legislation, makes appointments on the advice of the government, and performs a host of other executive and ceremonial functions.
(h) The President’s role is also in appointing the Prime Minister who is usually the leader of the largest party in Parliament following an election, dissolving parliaments and calling elections.

I'm personally fulfilled reading this. I must share. ~A MUST READ, ESPECIALLY SS/SE, MAY YOU RECOVER YOUR SENSES.

Donald Ekpo replies Alhaji Sagir

RE: BIAFRA IS A PLOT BY IGBO TO COLONISE SOUTH SOUTH – Alhaji Sagir Ringim

Sir, I want to thank you for your concern about the welfare of the people of the South South by exposing the plans of the Igbos to recolonize the region. But I am worried about the sincerity of these your concerns. Because of these worries, let us dissect and carefully assess your statements of fear and concerns in four (4) segments, so as not to repeat the mistakes of 1964, 1966 and 1967-1970s till date. In your carefully written letter or chat with the Journalists as reported in the national dallies yesterday, you clearly stated that the Igbos want to;

(1). SEIZE THE ECONOMIC PROSPECTS OF THE MINORITY ETHNIC NATIONALITY OF THE OIL RICH REGION.

Alhaji Ringim, may I remind you that the economic prospects of the South South is currently being seized and controlled by your people of the Northern protectorate of Nigeria. Does that in anyway mean that you agree that your people have colonized my region? Are you also aware that even the oil wells in Abia State, Imo State and Anambra state and recently Enugu State (Igbo land) is being owned by your people in the Northern Protectorate? Are you aware that we in the oil rich region (South South) do not have control over our wealth, and its fortunes are determined by your people? Are you also aware that after sharing the proceeds of oil between your protégés in Shell, Mobil, Agip and Chevron, the left over is given to 44 local government of your state Kano, and only 8 Local government of Bayelsa? How more criminal could that be?

Do you know that even when the Natural Gas from my State Akwa Ibom is used to generate power from my state owned Power Station, that the fraud of a constitution you fostered on my people does not allow me to use same electricity in my state or region, but I am forced to load it into the National grid that sends same power to your home in Kano State? Have you seen how the United Nigeria is enslaving me? Are you aware that the fraud of your constitution took away the economic prospects of my region by empowering only the Federal government to build roads that your people from the Northern protectorate never built in my state for over 40 years until the coming of our own Son Goodluck Jonathan, when he allowed state governments to tamper with Federal Roads, yet you were busy building all the so called federal roads in your region.

That your fraud of a constitution imposed on us by you and your allies in the southwest took away the power from us to develop on the economic prospects of the region thereby taking away our rights to economic progress for over 50 years. And here you are sir getting worried of what the Igbos will do to my people. Sir, have you been ever worried about what your people have done to my people? How many of my people have you killed in your region? Please tell me the number of my people slaughtered by the Igbos in their land that is enough for me to be weary of them. Remember that these are my neighbors that lived peacefully with us for centuries, shared cultures, intermarried and even celebrated common cultural events before you came with your successful propagandas that deceived our fathers?

(2). COLONISE THE SOUTH SOUTH, CAPTURE THE REGION, COLONISE THE OIL FIELD FOR BETTERMENT OF THE IGBOS.

Alhaji Sagir Ringim may I remind you that the Igbos are not the colonist as you have insinuated here, but you and your people in the northern protectorate. They have so far not shown the threat to colonize as when compared to your people. It is your people that used the oil from our region to better the livelihood of your people and that of your few allies in the Southwest. It is you that is synonymous with the word “CAPTURE”. It is your people that kill non-indigenes in your region to take-over their property. Alhaji Sagir Ringim, just in case you think this generation is as vulnerable are our grandfathers and fathers you deceived by your propaganda. You were able to make them see the Igbos as their enemies in the 60s. Please note that this is the 21st century of 2016.

We are aware of these same lies you told our grandfathers and fathers in the early 60s. We are aware that after lying to them that they were different from the Igbos, you still went ahead and killed them in the name of killing the Igbos. We are aware of the devilish, malicious and infernal act you used one of your willing protégés General Gowon to do when you suddenly created the South East State (Today’s Cross River/Akwa Ibom State), Rivers State (Today’s Rivers and Bayelsa state) just to devise the divide-and-rule policy that was advise by the evil British woman just to break the unity of the region.

We know that is was also based on Awolowo’s advise that certain parts of Igbo were sliced off, and added into the new states you created so as to weaken any form of unity that could hold. We have also read from a list of newspaper publications from the New York Post of the 60s as compiled by the LOWER NIGER CONGRESS on all the atrocities you committed against the people of the region before your final propaganda to separate them by these hypocritical lies. And we promise you that even though you used your fraud of a constitution to discourage the study of Nigerian History of the said period in Nigerian Schools, we will do well to expose this events in a carefully Chronicled format for every child/youth of this generation to know the truth. How dare you assume that even in the retard state of your protectorate, that you can conveniently influence the minds of the learned region in this millennium?

(3). BIAFRA IS LANDLOCKED AND WASN’T BLESSED WITH SOLID MATERIALS APART FROM COAL, ADDED THAT THE GEOLOGY OF THE ENCLAVE CAN’T SUPPORT AN INDEPENDENT COUNTRY.

Alhaji Sagir Ringim, if these are your fears about the existence of Biafra, first of all, are you revealing the fears of your region, the Northern protectorate of the 12 Sharia states or the entire protectorate? You do not have any mineral resources and you are landlocked. Are you telling me you and your people have been so worried of surviving alone hence your insistence of a non-functional ONE NIGERIA PROJECT? Let me explain this to you Sir;

The Igbos you are taking about do not just have a large reservoir of Coal in Enugu that can last for another century knowing that Coal is presently running major economies in Europe, South America and South Africa, the region also has a large reserve of Oil and gas in Abia and Imo state. Oil exploration in Anambra state has also commence and will soon commence in Enugu State. Can you see that your propagandas won’t work as it did in the 60s?

Apart from the fact that your people maliciously separated the Igbos from their original race to Delta, Rivers and Akwa Ibom states, we at the LOWER NIGER CONGRESS have taken it upon ourselves to expose the malicious schemes of lies you used to separate our region. Your protégé General Buhari made it easier for us on National Television when his hatred for the people overwhelmed his ability to continue in the cover of your propaganda. He acknowledged the fact that we were all the same people. That notwithstanding, in a matter time, your lies and propaganda will hit the broken bridges of discontinuity. How dare you generate fears that do not exist for your selfish interest? You must have been thinking how successful your deceitful and hypocritical lies would go in rejuvenating the lies of the 60s.

(4). BECAUSE OF THESE NATURAL SHORTCOMINGS, IGBOS SURVIVED AS A DIASPORA RACE THAN ANY DOMINANT GROUP IN NIGERIA. THE ECONOMIC PROWESS OF THE IGBOS IS DOMICILED OUTSIDE BIAFRA.

Alhaji Sagir Ringim, this is the most absurd and ridiculous of all your concerns as expressed by your expression of love towards my people in the Niger Delta region. Industrialist do not just sit and lazy about as expected by you. And these were one of the fears and concerned expressed by your late Sultan in a video we managed to see where he was worried about the Igbos in the north. Alhaji, are you aware that your successful brother, Dangote; one of the richest man in Africa, has his economic wealth spread and domiciled outside the Northern region? Or are you in anyway saying that because people expand, explore greener areas, that means such an individual has no space in his home? Your points are a bit too ridiculous to have considered as your reasons for granting this interview.

Having segmented your major reasons for advising my region to be weary of our Igbo brothers as those that intend to recolonize my people, I stand bold to say that you and your kinsmen are guilty of all your worries. It is also a cause for concern that you and your allies have suddenly decided to worry about the Niger Delta region. When did you love the region this much?

1. Are you not the same people that classify us all as Igbos during your killing and butchering spree and largess in the north?

2. How come you are bothered that the people you classify as one when butchering, are two different people when it comes to owners of wealth?

3. If you could desecrate our land as if we do not exist, come in and take away our oil wells as though it belongs to you?

4. Announce on National Television that the Oil in Bayelsa belongs to you in Kano and Jagawa?

5. Kill us at will if your religion is disrespected in faraway Norway?

6. Determine for us when and how our roads are built and how we use power generated from our resources?

7. Swore over your graves that our our kinsman cannot be President or else you make the country ungovernable of which you did?

Yet you have the guts to tell us to be weary of those that have not in any way attempted to take anything from us by force. I truly hope you realize that this is 2016 and not 1964.

It is best to inform you and all those that have decided to cry more than the bereaved that we are aware that these are the same propaganda you used to separate us, then forced us to continue in this unholy Union. That was a very unfortunate thing to have happened that kept us in this bondage.

Fortunately for us, the UNITED NATION CHARTER ON THE RIGHTS OF THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE is a tool you cannot do anything about. THE LOWER NIGER CONGRESS has taken advantage of these rights and it is set to call for a referendum. Quit crying on our behalf, we are presently studying the Constitution of which the Region will be built upon and so far, it can never be an evil as the Forced Marriage called Nigeria.

Thank you for your concerns Alhaji and co."

The 419 Local Government Areas of the 19 Northern states receives 54.9% of what they contribute 0.00%
No grammar will take away the fact that l am talking of equity and justice. The South of Nigeria particularly the Niger Delta has over loved the North, and they don't appreciate it. We must now love our selves, our children and their future and region 200%.
Some Niger Delta people may think it is politically correct to continue to give to a system and people that will never give to us, and even consider us fools for giving. I refuse to be politically correct, if it means sacrificing Niger Delta.
How dare someone who brings nothing and takes more than me who brings 100% ask me what l am doing with the little that he did not steal.
THE INJUSTICE OF REVENUE ALLOCATION IN NIGERIA (2)
By Ann-kio Briggs
I am happy that l shared the facts of revenue sharing a week or so ago. I am regretful that l did not share it earlier than this.
I am ready to take on anyone, be they politicians or individuals on the facts. The freedom of information bill compels the FG to give Nigerians the monthly expenditure of oil and gas revenue.
How much does Federal Government owe the NDDC.? How much does the Federal Government owe the Ministry of Niger Delta? How much is the Federal Government owing the Amnesty program? How much does the Federal Government owe the oil and gas producing states?
I call on the oil and gas producing states, and the communities to educate themselves on the FACTS AND LIES ON THE CLAIMS THAT EXPLORATION OF OIL AND GAS IN THE NIGER DELTA WAS CARRIED OUT BY USING NORTHERN RESOURCES.

This claim is divisive and a lie, and will continue to fuel the anger that will continue to hold up our needs to agitate for 101% ownership and control of our God given resources.
As long as people from the North continue to feed these lies to themselves and the rest of Nigeria we in the Niger Delta will not step down from our agitation for ownership and control of our resources.
These claims are lies, they insult and assault us as a people and region, that has made sacrifices the beneficiaries of our natural resources will never make. If some foolish and ignorant Niger Delta people are willing to sell their birth rights the majority of us are not. If the greedy amongst us are willing to be beggars for what is our own, the majority that have been denied and impoverished for over 50 years, are no longer willing to accept these assaults.

FACTS OF FACTS ABOUT THE FUNDING OF OIL AND GAS EXPLORATION IN THE NIGER DELTA.
The first and unsuccessful exploration for oil was in 1908 by Nigeria Bitumen Coy. & British Colonial Petroleum around Okitipupa. (Before Amalgamation ).
In 1938 Shell D'Arcy was granted exploration licence to explore for oil.
In 1955, Mobil Oil Corporation started oil exploration in the Niger Delta.
In 1956 Shell BP (formerly Shell D'Arcy) at that time the only concessionaire finally STRUCK oil at Oloibiri in COMMERCIAL quantity, after over 50 yrs of exploration.
There are figures sourced from *Carland 1985, (colonial office and Nigeria (1898-1914) and annual report of the colonies.
*Northern Nigeria 1904 and annual report of the colonies
Northern Nigeria 1906 -1907 to support my claims and l will only respond to people who have cross checked or have superior facts to counter mine.
I don't deal with propaganda or lies. These are my facts bring yours. Nigeria of Southern and Northern protectorate were amalgamated for the simple economic reason that the colonial British government was running the North on deficit as the expenditure in the North was more than its revenue. While the revenue in the South was more than its expenditure.
(And these facts are not about people who are bankers or good with figures it is about facts.)
Therefore unless the North of Nigeria were oil prospecting partners with the Nigeria Bitumen Coy. & British Colonial Petroleum in 1908,
Shell D'Arcy in 1938
Mobil Oil Corporation in 1955 and Shell BP in 1956 it never used it's groundnut money in our Niger Delta
If the people of the North or the government of Northern Nigeria were not partners or shareholders in these private investment companies how on earth did money from groundnut and hides and skins used to explore for oil and gas.?
The attempts to change the economic history of Nigeria to justify the injustice of looting the resources from NigerDelta to share amongst a few is not acceptable. The greed of a few to use the Nigeria state to continue to benefit maxzimally from the Niger Delta wealth while denying the rightful owners even the 50% they enjoyed in the days of groundnut and cocoa is no longer acceptable to the people of the Niger Delta.
No amount of twisting, turning, threats, blackmail, and lies will stop our calls for equity and justice.
It was in 1973, 3 years after the civil war, the genocidal war against the Igbos, that the First Participation Agreement (FPA) saw the Federal Government's acquisition of 35% shares in the oil companies. In 1974 the Second Participation Agreement (SPA) the FG equity was increased to 55%.
MY QUESTION. ON BEHALF OF MY PEOPLE AND REGION TO THE PEOPLE OF THE NORTH TO TELL US THE OWNERS AND IMPOVERISHED PEOPLE OF NIGER DELTA HOW THEIR GROUNDNUT PROCEEDS WAS USED TO FUND OIL PROSPECTING AND OPERATIONS IN MY NIGER DELTA.
We maintain that it is possible for Nigeria to remain a Country, but we must first sit down and agree on a fresh agreement that we will all submit our demands and conditions to if we agree then we agree, if we disagree then we disagree.
But we are no longer prepared to give away the future of our grand children and their children. Surely this is the least that even the North will ask for or demand, if the oil and gas was on and in their land.

THE NORTH DID NOT AND HAVE NEVER USED THEIR GROUNDNUT OIL MONEY IN THE NIGER DELTA TO PROSPECT FOR OIL AND GAS OR ANY OTHER NATURAL RESOURCE PROSPECTING.

What Biafrans have lost in Nigeria since 1945, " Matters Arising"

Igbos have lost 3.5m people and $50bn properties in Nigeria since 1945

By Emeka Umeagbalasi.

Losses incurred by Igbos in Nigeria in the past 72 years have been put at 3.5 million lives and $50 billion in properties. This is according to the International Society for Civil Liberties & the Rule of Law (Intersociety), quoting extensive research by its Board Chairman, Emeka Umeagbalasi, whose “conclusive research findings are being publicly expected in full in coming months.”

According to part of the research work, “Igbo Ethnic Nationality in Nigeria is researchably and unarguably the oldest Ethnic Nationality or Group in Nigeria having existed for 3,467yrs or since 1450BC and since 1187BC and 1087BC respectively when it crowned its pioneer kings in Nri and Eri-Aka (now Agulueri) all located in present day Anambra State.

“Igbo Nation State was originally founded by Eri, a possible migrant from Middle East (i.e. Israel through Egypt); who later settled at the confluence point of “Ezu and Omambala Rivers”, called “Agbanabo”. His first place of settlement is called “Eri-Aka” (now Agulueri) located in present Anambra East Local Government of Anambra State. The name “Anambra” or Anambra State is a corrupt spelling for “Omambala River”.

“The second oldest Ethnic Nationality in Nigeria can expressly be traced to the doorsteps of Agbon (now called Agbor) and Bini (Benin) dynasties in present Edo and Delta States. The Peoples of the two named dynasties may most likely have existed for 2,917yrs or since 900BC. It is important to inform further that the Agbon or Agbor People and their kingship dynasty were not originally Igbo People, but Ominije People, who later in 701BC established their “Ogele Kingship dynasties”, which reigned till 1260AD with Ogele XIV Okwakpor as its last Ogele. The Igbo-Agbor Kingship dynasty was established in 1270AD with Ebonka as its first Igbo Dein of Agbor. The Bini Kingdom was much later established in 1180AD.

“Hausa Ethnic Nationality is the third oldest tribe in Nigeria and has existed for 1,217yrs or since 800AD. Hausa Nation-State or Ethnic Nationality was founded by a Baghdadi (Iraq) Prince, named Bayajidda around 800AD; about two centuries before the ancient Kano was founded by one of his grandsons, named Bagauda who later became its first king or Sarkin Kano in 999AD.”

The research said that “the Yoruba Nation State or Ethnic Nationality is the fourth oldest Ethnic Nationality in Nigeria and has existed for 917yrs or since 1100AD having been founded by Oduduwa; a migrant who was said to have migrated from Middle East. He later sent his last son, Oranmiyan to Benin in about 1170AD as the first interim Oba of Benin and was later succeeded by Oba Eweka 1 in 1180AD as the first substantive Oba or King of Benin Empire.

“Fulani Ethnic Nationality is the newest and most violent Ethnic Nationality in Nigeria. It has only existed in Nigeria for 213yrs, having been founded by Usman dan Fodio; an Islamic scholar and urbanized Fulani Jihadist in 1804 during which it imposed till date Islamic Emperors in all its conquered communities including Ilorin and Bida Emirates with the exception of the Borno Emirate, ruled till date by descendants of the rulers of Bornu Empire (1380AD-1893AD).

“In all, there are 386 tribes in Nigeria and among them, Igbo Ethnic Nationality is the oldest, dating back to 1450BC when Eri was migrated and settled in Nigeria across the River Niger or 3,467yrs today.”

On the losses suffered by Igbos in Nigeria in a little over seven decades, the research said that they arose out of the following circumstances:

“By Direct or Physical Violence, it is act of armed hostile actions against unarmed or defenseless persons or group of persons of asymmetric background; perpetrated by public office holders including security commanders and civilians in authority or those non State actors sponsored or recruited by killer public office holders. It is direct or physical violence because it is targeted at citizens with its perpetrators clearly known. Direct violence often emerges from the depth of structural violence.

“By Structural Violence, it is a kind of violence that is built in societal structure or age long inequalities in societal structures. It also develops as a result of sustained policy of asymmetry or power imbalances including political exclusion and segregation; gross lopsidedness in allocation of national human and material resources as well as demographic injustice, ethno-religious cleansing and gross lopsided spread in public offices appointments, etc.

“By Cultural Violence, this is act of promoting and sustaining violent campaigns and heightened intolerance by the State and its coercive agents and hired others against ideological, religious and linguistic beliefs and their symbols; of asymmetric or minority ethnic and religious groups. It also involves use of genocidal and murderous jargons and other derogatory languages against minority or asymmetric populations by government and its agents or hired others. The description of Tutsis in Rwanda by Hutu extremists as “cockroaches” during the Rwandan genocide; the labeling of Igbo People as “Nyamiri” and Christians in Nigeria as “Infidels” by Hausa-Fulani Muslims; leading to countless hate killing of Igbo People and other Christian populations in Nigeria are all clear cases in point.”

Continuing, Intersociety said in a statement issued on Monday in Onitsha and quoting Umeagbalasi’s research findings: “The Igbo Ethnic Nationality had further been made to undergo countless butcheries and ethnic cleansings in Nigeria since 1945. While it is researchable to conduct research on Igbo killings or anti Igbo pogroms in Nigeria, it is highly un-researchable to conduct same research in the opposite direction or killing of other Nigerians by Igbo People.

“In other words, Igbo People are inherently tolerant, peaceful and loving Ethnic Nationality in Nigeria or any part thereof, despite decades of sustained violent campaigns to wipe them out. Igbo People and their Ethnic Group have remained peaceful and refrained from reprisal radicalism or militancy till date not minding the fact the 3.5 million lives and properties valued at $50 billion belonging to them have been lost, destroyed or forcefully possessed since 1945.

“Statistically, in the first Igbo pogrom in Nigeria which took place on June 22nd 1945 in Jos, perpetrated by Hausa-Fulani Muslims, as much as 200 Igbo citizens were massacred; with the then British colonial authorities doing nothing. The second Igbo massacre took place in Kano in 1953, in which hundreds of Igbo lives were lost. Between May and October 1966, intensive and extensive anti Igbo pogroms were carried out in various parts of the North, leading to death of over 30,000 Igbo citizens. From October 1966 to May 1967, the butcheries intensified; with more thousands of deaths recorded; forcing then Col Emeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu to militarily opt for secession from Nigeria, which resulted to Biafra-Nigeria bloody civil war of 1967-70.

“There was also Asaba Igbo massacre of early October 1967, perpetrated by Hausa-Fulani Muslim led Nigerian troops in which more than 700 men and boys were killed, some as young as 12 years old, in addition to many more killed in the preceding days. Other Igbo killings or pogroms that had taken place in Nigeria or any part thereof are those of Kano 1980, Maiduguri 1982, Jimeta 1984, Gombe 1985, Zaria 1987, Kaduna and Kafanchan 1991, Bauchi and Katsina 1991, Kano 1991, Zango-Kataf 1992, Funtua 1993, Kano 1994, Kaduna 2000, Kaduna 2001, Maiduguri 2001.

“The rest are those of Jos September 2001, Kaduna 2002, Kaduna’s Miss World Riot of November 2002 and Prophet Mohammed Cartoons Riot of February 2006 (Maiduguri), the Apo-Abuja Six killing by the Nigeria Police Force of (six young Igbo traders: Ekene Isaac Mgbe, Ifeanyi Ozor, Chinedu Meniru, Paulinus Ogbonna and Anthony and Augustina Arebu) of June 2005, the November 2008 Jos LGA Poll Riot/killings, the Jos 2010 Christmas Eve bombings, the Madalla Igbo Catholic Church bombings of 2011, the 2011 post general elections’ riots/killings that led to killing of 10 Igbo NYSC members and several other Igbo People in the North, the Mubi Igbo killings of 2012 and Nyanya Bombing of April 2014. Over 4000 other defenseless Igbo people residing in the North were also butchered by northern Muslims’ backed Islamic Boko Haram terrorists between 2009 and 2014.

“As if these not enough, the government security forces including the Nigerian Army and the Nigeria Police Force under the present Buhari’s central government in Nigeria shot and killed over 270 defenseless and unarmed Igbo People who nonviolently agitate for regional autonomy and assertion of their regionally and internationally recognized rights to self determination. The killings took place between July/August 2015 and January 2017 in Southeast and South-south of Nigeria. Since June 2015, the terrorist Fulani herdsmen have slaughtered over 70 rural Igbo citizens.

“Over 370 young Igbo citizens agitating or supporting the nonviolent Pro Biafra campaigns were also shot and terminally wounded; with several of them crippled for life. There have also been several cases of secret arrests, torture, disappearances or secret killings carried out by Nigeria Police SARS, soldiers and SSS targeted at key figures in the nonviolent pro Biafra campaigns.

“Above all, out of 3.5 million Igbo lives lost in Nigeria since 1945 or in the past 72yrs, 3million citizens were killed during the Biafra-Nigeria Civil War, with over half of them killed by famine, hunger and starvation deliberately imposed as a war policy by Hausa-Fulani led Nigerian troops. Not less than 200,000 other Igbo lives were in decades’ long Igbo butcheries which started in 1945 while 300,000 others died untimely as a result of successive and present central governments’ hash policies against the Igbo People including massacre of their bread winners and legal guardians.

“It saddens our heart that till date, the Federal Government of Nigeria, on behalf of successive federal governments in Nigeria, particularly those controlled by top Hausa-Fulani military officers and their civilian counterparts; have remained defiant and unapologetic to age long injustices against the Igbo Race. Professor Yemi Osibanjo (Vice President) has also joined them in remaining defiant and unapologetic. The hard and unapologetic stance of the present Buhari Administration, which has worsened the age long Igbo hatred and hardened anti Nigeria territorial oneness activism and activists; is only making Nigerian balkanization project and its protagonists inevitable and unyielding.”

Intersociety paid tribute to Ndigbo for the success of Monday’s sit-at-home-protest which paralysed the five South-East states and parts of the South-South. It, however, berated Governor Wiilie Obiano of Anambra State for allegedly going the extra mile to sabotage Igbo interests.

The group said: “The massive heeding and participation by the Igbo People in yesterday’s voluntary appeal by the leaderships of IPOB and reformed MASSOB for sit-at-home in honour of fallen Biafra heroes and heroines is a clear case in point. Despite battalions of soldiers, police personnel and other security operatives with truck-loads of arms and ammunition moved to the Southeast and parts of South-south; the Igbo People defied them and exercised their inalienable right to freedom of assemble and expression in a grand style.

“Through apt wisdom, tactics and strategies applied by the organisers of the voluntary sit-at-home protest, the blood suckers in uniforms who sucked over 140 innocent bloods during the 2016 anniversary of the epochal event; and their guns were forced into silence and irreparable humiliation. Despite Governor Wiilie Obiano’s stern order that government offices and parastatals must be opened and markets and streets vigilantes to forcefully open all markets and streets’ security gates; traders and other people of the state mocked him, defied his counterproductive orders and stayed away. Banks, street markets, teachers, pupils, parents and guardians, motor park managers and commercial vehicular operators also courageously joined in observing the voluntary sit-at-home protest in honour of their slain heroes and heroines.

“While we boldly commend and congratulate the People of Igbo Nation for massively heeding the sit-at-home voluntary appeal, it is saddening and shocking that Governor Willie Madubuchi Obiano, whose Eri-Aka (Agulueri) Community is the first ancestral birth place of the Igbo People with himself as a descendant of Agulu-Nwa-Eri, now called Agulueri; could descend so low and barbarously too by joining forces with Hausa-Fulani led Nigerian Army and other security forces to massacre not less than 140 innocent, defenseless and unarmed pro Biafra campaigners of Igbo stock on 29th and 30th May 2016 who gathered to honour the Igbo or Biafra fallen heroes and heroines; during which as many as 110 Igbo citizens were massacred at Nkpor and Onitsha and over 30 massacred or killed in Asaba. More than 130 others were terminally maimed, with some, if not many of them crippled for life.”
