Europe a beautiful continent which was built mainly with Africa loots both during and after colonialism, happened to be one of the "world's seven continents. Comprising the westernmost peninsula of Eurasia, Europe is generally divided from Asia by the watershed divides of the Ural and Caucasus Mountains, the Ural River, the Caspian and Black Seas, and the waterways connecting the Black and Aegean Seas.
Europe is bordered by the Arctic Ocean to the north, the Atlantic Ocean to the west, the Mediterranean Sea to the south, and the Black Sea and connected waterways to the southeast. Yet the borders of Europe—a concept dating back to classical antiquity—are somewhat arbitrary, as the primarily physiographic term "continent" can incorporate cultural and political elements. Europe is the world's second-smallest continent by surface area, covering about 10,180,000 square kilometres (3,930,000 sq mi) or 2% of the Earth's surface and about 6.8% of its land area. Of Europe's approximately 50 states."
When one mention the name of this continent in Nigeria, couple with the life style of few opportune immigrants from Nigeria that made it in Europe. Every body believed that life is as simple as it looks like. Without knowing that Europe is like a secret cults when you enter inside Europe, to go back is difficult and to stay means you have to choose two things "The hard way to be rich or the soft way and become no body". The hard way means to engage yourself either in the "drug business, fraud business, which if you are not lucky, you might spend up to 2-10 years depending on the country that you find yourself. The soft way means you have to do a slavery jobs or if you are lucky and managed to get your papers, you might get a better job but to get a good job means you must be a degree holder preferable european diploma.
I know some of you will say I will do it as long as it pays good without knowing that you will only work for the money that will pay for your bills nothing more. Many African people with good jobs left their jobs and migrate to Europe with the hope of getting a good job that will pay more than the one they had been getting in Africa. Without knowing that if you want to get a good job in Europe, you have to study in Europe or do your masters if you have a Nigeria diploma because most Nigeria diploma certificate are not recognise in Europe except you have a European Diploma. This is an act of superiority, but they don't give a fuck.
So my people, there is nothing like good life or job opportunity for people from the third world in Europe. Except if you are educated and holds European diploma. If you are coming to Europe just to live a normal and healthy life, I will advice you to come. But you will face a very difficult life here because of documents issues. But if you are quitting your job to come her to work, I will advice you to stay where you are except you are ready to join a drug business which is a fast lane but if you are not lucky, you might end up in jail.
I met a man of 45 years on my way from swiss to czech. He told me that he is working in a bank, that he had quit his job because a friend told him that he will be paid a high salary here. I then asked him, did he tale you the procedure of getting a job here? He said yes that the guy told him that as soon as he arrived, that he will help him to get a job immediately. Then I told him to forget the story that there are two fast job people are doing here or are very easy to get here. Drug business and fraud business, any other thing he promised you is a lie.
I know in your mind, you will ask why are they not coming back if Europe is not good? Let me answer it in a language that you will understand. They refused to come back because of pride and shame. And most of them would not like to face the shame and insults they will get from the society if they return back home with empty pocket. That is why they have to stay in Europe and face the hard life here. You didn't believe my story? Then quit your job or sell your property and come to Europe but bear it in your mind that for you to get a job, it will take you at least 3-5 years to be able to get a good job. But there are some "Black Jobs" here one can do to sustain his or her selves. But you wouldn't like to know about this jobs because it is the worst job human beings would like to do if he or she is not frustrated.
If you don't have a job in Nigeria and would like to make it fast then you are welcome in Europe but when you are planing to come, you need to put prison in your mind and then ask God to protect you and help you to escape it because it is only God that can save you here. 40% of Nigerian living in Europe are in jail, while 20% are living a good live because they are into drug business and 10% are working and must do one thing or the other to be able to live a good live if not they will spend their salary in paying bills. While the remaining 20% are frustrated and cannot even afford a ticket money to come back.
The problem is not only about buying a ticket, the problem is where to start when you return back to Nigeria with empty handed. Couple with the fact that you have been exposed to high and good live so to come back will be a big task because you will find life so difficult due to the type of society that we have in Nigeria.
